Tai Chi warm -ups and basics. Yang style long form. No prior knowledge require. Experienced students are welcome. Focus is on Health, relaxation, improving balance, flexibility, coordination and strength throught the slow, gentle movements.

Beginner to Intermediate level

 Mondays are more beginner focused: Tai chi basics and Secret Yang style Tai Chi long form with review.  Wednesdays are more review oriented with review of the 13 kinetic movements and Traditional Yang Style 64 movement Tai Chi Sword with some discussion of self-defense applications.

Beginner Class, Thursdays 5pm to 5:45pm.  Tai Chi Basics, Chi Kung, Secret Yang Style Tai Chi long form.  No prior experience required.
